End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Benjamin Hochstetter (“Publisher”) and the end user (“You”) for the Creation LIB extension (“Software”).
- License Grant
Publisher licenses the Software to You under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (the “License”). You may use, reproduce, and distribute the Software, including for commercial purposes, subject to the License terms. - Open Source License
The Software is provided under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The full license text is available at: https://www.hochstetter.biz/CreationERP/EULA (or your preferred URL). If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the License, the License controls. - No Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. - Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PUBLISHER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE. - Support
Unless separately agreed in writing, Publisher provides no support or maintenance obligations for the Software. - Contact
